OUR STORY: To Travel is to Fall In Love

We met in October 2019 in Guatemala City during Markus's journey around the world.
​
In 2020, Meilei returns to Europe for her second time, but this time, as the world grappled with the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic...
​
We start to live together in Germany for about six months. This period was marked by uncertainty dramas and challenges.
​
After this time, Meilei returned to Guatemala, and we committed to a long-distance relationship, finding creative ways to stay connected.
​
In 2021, Meilei made her way back to Germany.
​
On January 8, 2024, in the enchanting setting of Flores, Petén, Markus proposed to Meilei.
​
Together, we have explored around 40 countries, immersing ourselves in diverse cultures, enjoying the food and creating a wealth of unforgettable memories along the way. Every adventure has brought us closer, enriching our relationship with every destination.

From the first to this moment, our travels have united us in love and the love for knowing new places.
